Who can book an appointment?

Anyone aged 16 and over living in New Zealand can book an appointment. We recommend the first consultation be in person.
How do I make an appointment?

Book through the website enquiries page or email directly with your requests to athenamedicalcare@gmail.com
Where do I park?

One carpark right outside the consultation room, it is a residential area and occasionally you might need to find parking on the street. Please let us know if you have mobility requirements.
How do I pay?

Eftpost payments on the day after your consult. Please note, VISA payments will incur a surcharge of 1.34%
Is there a cancellation policy?

Please let us know if you will not be able to attend your planned consultation. A cancellation fee might apply.
Can I bring a support person to my consultation?

Can I book recurring appointments?

Will my usual GP be able to know what we discussed?

Yes, we will send an electronic letter to your usual GP to update them of your consultation outcome and clinical plan.
